What Is It
If you have a new phone number and need to update your MFA information, we can issue you a Temporary Access Pass (TAP). With this TAP, you will be able to log in and edit your MFA information at farmingdale.edu/mfaenroll
Who Is Eligible
This service is provided for Students, Faculty and Staff.
How to Request
To request a Temporary Access Pass (TAP), we will need to verify your credentials first. Click on the "Temporary Access Pass" button.
