Voicemail Destination

To change how much your phone rings and where missed calls go to, use the below steps.

1. Select “Options” from the home screen soft buttons (lower right).

2. Enter your Voicemail password.

3. Make sure “Availability” is highlighted and choose “Edit”.

4. Select the state you want to edit (e.g. Available, In a Meeting, Out of Office, Vacation, etc) and select “Edit” again.

5. Choose the action of “Forward Calls” and choose one of the following options:

  • Always = Calls will go straight to destination. You set the destination on the previous menu.
  • No answer = Rings X number of times, then goes to no answer or busy destination that you set on the previous menu.
  • Never = just rings and rings6. If you chose Always or No Answer, you will have options on the previous menu for Destination extensions:

  • For voicemail, enter "1101"
  • Alternatively, you can enter a coworker's extension

7. If you chose No Answer, you can set the number of rings before the caller is sent to the destination extension on the same menu as the destinations. Three is standard (about 22 seconds), but you can enter your preference.
