1 - Close all Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel etc).
2 - Click the up arrow at the lower right side of your task bar near the date and time. This should show all the hidden icons.
3 - Right click the ManageEngine icon:
4 - Click on “Self Service Portal”
5 - This will open the Self Service Portal.
6 - Look for Microsoft Office 2024 (circled in red below) and click Install. If you don't see Microsoft Office 2024, hit the sync button on the top right.
The install can take anywhere from 8-15 minutes.
